Our quality control covers the entire supply chain: before processing, we conduct comprehensive inspections of raw materials, including material composition analysis, mechanical property testing, and surface quality checks; during processing, professional quality inspectors conduct real-time monitoring and inspection of each link, using advanced testing equipment such as coordinate measuring machines and spectral analyzers; after production, all finished products undergo a final inspection, including appearance, size, and performance tests, and only pass the inspection can they be delivered. We also conduct regular internal audits and invite third-party inspection institutions to conduct external audits, continuously improving our quality control level and ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
